Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Showroom pickup is free. Delivery in Panama City costs $5 and is FREE on orders from $99 before ITBMS. For the provinces the cost depends on the destination, so we quote each delivery — write to us on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
In Panama City we deliver in 2–4 business days. Deliveries to the provinces are coordinated by WhatsApp for each destination.
Is assembly included?
Assembly included at no cost in Panama City on orders from $99. In the provinces it is not included: we coordinate each delivery by WhatsApp.
Products
What warranty do products have?
Warranties of 1 to 5 years depending on the product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions; it does not cover misuse. Each product's term is shown on its own page. It does not cover pet damage, excessive humidity, or wear from improper use.
Can I try products before buying?
Yes, visit our showroom in Marbella. We're open Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday 9:00-13:00, Sunday closed.
Are the standing desks motorized?
Yes, all our standing desks have electric motors with touch screen, 3 preset height memories, and anti-collision technology. Speed up to 38mm/s and capacity up to 200kg.
Returns
What is the return policy?
We accept returns up to 7 calendar days after delivery. For manufacturing defects, we offer a full exchange or refund. If you want to swap for another product, we issue a store credit for the full value. The product must be in original condition.
Prices & Payments
Do the prices shown include tax?
Displayed prices are net: the 7% ITBMS is calculated and added at checkout. You see the tax as its own line in the cart and at checkout, before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay by Yappy (Banco General), ACH or bank transfer, or on delivery by card or Yappy for orders under $500. Orders of $500 or more require a 50% deposit. We coordinate payment by WhatsApp after you confirm your order.
How and when do I pay?
After you confirm your order, we message you on WhatsApp to coordinate payment by the method you choose. For orders of $500 or more, we ask for a 50% deposit before we start your order; the rest is due on delivery or pickup.

Yes. For purchases of 5+ units, we offer corporate discounts. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for a personalized quote.
