We stand behind every product we sell.
Which term applies
Warranties of 1 to 5 years depending on the product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions; it does not cover misuse. Each product's term is shown on its own page.
Each product's term is set individually and shown in its own specifications table. Open the product you are interested in and read it there — every product we sell states its own term.
Where a product states a term, you can add the extended warranty on its page at checkout: it doubles that product's own term, on exactly the same coverage. The added period is shown on the product page and recorded on your order.
What the warranty covers
Manufacturing defects and product failures under normal home or office use conditions. It does not cover misuse.
What the warranty does NOT cover
- ✗Misuse or improper use of the product
- ✗Damage caused by pets (bites, scratches, etc.)
- ✗Damage from excessive humidity or storage in improper conditions
- ✗Cuts or tears in mesh or upholstery
- ✗Normal wear from extended use
- ✗Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
- ✗Damage from accidents, drops, or excessive force
How to make a warranty claim
- 1.Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the defect.
- 2.Ergonómica will evaluate the case and confirm the outcome to you in writing.
- 3.If the defect is covered, Ergonómica will coordinate repair or replacement at no cost.
